How long is the tour?

Do they cancel if it rains?
Never! Rain or shine, the night on 13 goes on. Just bring an umbrella or raincoat if you see suspicious clouds.
What should I bring?
- Comfortable shoes to keep you exploring.
- Sunscreen (yes, even at night, it never hurts).
- Cap or hat, water bottle and... as many curious questions as you have!
- We love to answer them.
- And if it is rainy season, a raincoat is a good idea.
Do you do private tours?
Yes, of course! For groups of more than 10 people and according to availability. Write us and we will organize it for you.
In which languages is the tour available?
The tour is bilingual, in Spanish and English, at no extra cost. Just be sure to ask for the English option when you book.
What happens if I am late?
We kindly request that you arrive on time for your tour. We will wait a maximum of 10 minutes. If you anticipate a delay, please inform us in advance. The tour will end at the scheduled end time.
Is the tour accessible?
The tour is partially accessible. You can bring strollers without any problem, but please note that due to the steep streets and stairs in some parts of Comuna 13, it is not wheelchair friendly. If you have any questions or special requirements, let us know at the time of booking and we will do our best to help you.
Any extra recommendations?
- Arrive 10 minutes early at the meeting point.
- Wear comfortable clothes to enjoy every step.
- Come sober and ready for the best attitude (no substances, please).
- Bring sunscreen (a light one works well at night too).
- Have your ID on hand (a passport photo is fine).
- Take care of every corner and art we are going to see, it's part of the magic of Comuna 13!
- Do not take unauthorized “souvenirs” from the sector.
